- Order placement
Orders may be placed via the website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To place an order, you must provide accurate personal data and delivery address. - Order fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days from the time the payment is credited (for advance payment) or from the time the order is placed (for cash on delivery). - Delivery
Shipping is carried out via courier companies within Poland and internationally (details provided during the ordering process). Delivery costs are shown before placing the order. - Payments
We accept the following payment methods: traditional bank transfer, online payment (card, BLIK, instant transfers), and cash on delivery. - Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. A withdrawal form is available on the website. - Complaints
Product defect complaints may be submitted via email or the contact form. The store processes complaints within 14 days. - Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended. Changes do not affect orders placed before the new Terms take effect. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
